Ryan Lambert, MPA
Ryan Lambert joined the Office of Emergency Management full-time in January of 2025, following a temporary employment opportunity during the 2024 calendar year. Prior to joining the OEM, Lambert worked as a research assistant for the Political Science Department for the University for 2 years. Lambert deployed to Western NC to assist recovery efforts following Hurricane Helene at the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
Lambert graduated in 2022 from UNC Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and obtained a master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Emergency Management in the Spring of 2024.
